Our Process: Two Days to Capture a Lifetime of Stories
We’ve designed a simple but thoughtful process to make capturing stories as easy as possible. One day to plan, one day to film.
Day One: The Planning Day
We arrive not with cameras, but with curiosity.
We take time to get to know the storyteller - building trust and creating a space where they feel completely at ease.
Together, we gently explore their life story - flicking through photo albums, remembering key moments, and selecting meaningful photos to include in their Eternal Film.
From these conversations, we create a tailored list of questions to guide the film day. They're designed to bring out the most heartfelt, honest, and important moments - making sure the film feels real, personal, and deeply meaningful.
We return with an extra pair of hands - our cinematographer.
The three of us, along with our professional gear - lights, sound, and cameras - handle everything with care, so the storyteller can simply relax and share their story.
This is when it all comes to life through a relaxed conversation, touching on the most meaningful parts of their journey - growing up, family, love, laughter, challenges, and the lessons they've picked up along the way.
There’s no script. No rush. Just space for them to speak freely and reflect in their own words - with authenticity and ease.
Day Two: The Film Day

It includes travel to your location anywhere in the UK, personalised planning, scanning of family photos and memorabilia, professional-grade filming with high-end equipment, and premium editing to produce a beautifully cinematic 4K life story film.
Everything is handled by us from start to finish, creating a timeless keepsake with care and intention.
